Maintenance Upbeat Upgrades

Expect an improvement in playing parcel audio as we leverage VLC for those super crisp network streams.

A new option ‘Show Ban Lines On Collision’ has been added so you can keep the ban lines around but will no longer have to constantly endure seeing your neighbors bright yellow boundary until you attempt to drive your vehicle directly into it. ‘Show Ban Lines on Collision’ can be accessed via World->Show.
