The new performance floater can be found under the World Menu, Improve Graphics Speed. Here you can:
See your FPS (Frames per Second)
Adjust your graphics settings
See the complexity of the avatars around you and set the Max Complexity.
See your avatar’s complexity with your attachments. Here you can see a ranking of each attachment and how it may effect your performance. You can even use this menu to detach attachments.
